The new ATOMUS\u00ae F11 Arsenic Removal Cartridge was designed specifically for Applied Cartridge Systems. It uses a proprietary mixed metal adsorption media uniquely formulated to remove Arsenic from drinking water.<\/p>\n<p>The ATOMUS\u00aeF11 cartridge augments the existing ISOLUX\u00ae Arsenic removal cartridge providing a choice of Arsenic removal medias. Each media offers different attributes to match customer applications more closely. In powder form like the ISOLUX\u00ae media, ATOMUS\u00aeF11 also allows the unique <strong>No Backwashing<\/strong> feature of Applied Cartridge Systems.<\/p>\n<p>Just like ISOLUX\u00ae, ATOMUS\u00aeF11 removes AsIII and AsV simultaneously, is NSF 61 certified and safe for landfill. The differences emerge in the ability to address application Arsenic levels, pH range and water complexity.<\/p>\n<p>Both medias deliver an excellent removal performance from between non-detect to 3 ppb. However, whereas ATOMUS\u00aeF11 media performs well with application Arsenic levels to 400 ppb, ISOLUX\u00ae has been proven to handle levels up to 2,000 ppb. In addition, ATOMUS\u00aeF11 has the widest pH range window of any adsorption media at 5.5 to 10.5, and is least impacted by Silica, Phosphorus and Vanadium for reduced pre-treatment requirements and costs.<\/p>\n<p>Applied Cartridge Systems is pleased to expand its Arsenic treatment options.
